Refund Policy
We run a simple reasonable, flexible and fair refund policy
Refund Policy - the basics:
​Guest cancellation
If you the guest need to cancel a reservation.

Up to 30 days before check-in Guests will receive a full refund.
14-30 days before check-in The 20% deposit is non refundable.
14 days or less before check in Full rental payment is non refundable.

Our decisions under this policy are binding but do not affect other contractual or statutory rights that may be available. Any right that guests or hosts may have to initiate legal action remains unaffected. This policy is not insurance and no premium has been paid by any guest or host. All rights and obligations under this policy are personal to the booking guest and host of the reservation and may not be transferred or assigned.

Host cancellation
If we, Hove Beach House (HBH) need to cancel a reservation, (Circumstances on site beyond the control of the owner) the guest will automatically be entitled to receive a full refund (unless the cancellation is due to a disruption or issue caused by the guest). In these cases, the guest will not be entitled to any refund.
Please note the host (HBH) bears no responsibility for any direct or associated costs related to any booking cancelation and or any onward costs in relation to the guest obtaining alternative accommodation.
